More than 800 stories have been produced, all focusing on empowering their creators from 5 years to 85 years old to document their experiences and feelings regarding personal and societal matters. Two international conferences on DST have been organized in Greece- <a href=\"https:\/\/dst.ntlab.gr\/2014\/\">Athens (2014)<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/dst.ntlab.gr\/\">Zakynthos (2018)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This playlist presented includes 10 examples of digital stories created over the last two months during a variety of research projects on the broad theme of Isolation &amp; Distancing. The key idea is to showcase views and perspective of how internal and external boundaries transform people\u2019s lives stressing in parallel the role of digital tools and technologies as self expression and community building &#8220;enablers&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The first three stories were produced in the framework of a postgraduate course at the University of the Aegean, storytelling course via Facebook focusing on the theme \u201c the pandemia of the insecurities\u201d, a term that has been used by the spokesperson of the Greek government commenting on the
